I had my first visit to HKB yesterday, and it was such a pleasant experience that honestly started before I even step foot into the building; Denise was very prompt and consistent with her communication, ensuring that all my questions were answered ahead of time and even checked in with me after my appointment to make sure I was still pleased. The space was very clean, relaxing, and professional. The conversation never got stale while I was getting my lashes done, and I even was given a blanket to make sure I was comfortable :) While I can’t speak to the longevity of my lashes just yet, I was very happy with the final, initial result!
UPDATE: I kept my lashes clean, and they did indeed last! 10/10

Ashlyn is absolutely amazing! She makes sure I am her focus while at my appointments. My hair has never looked this good! Her eye for detail is unmatched! If your stylist isn't making you 100 percent happy then Ashlyn can! So glad I found her. ❤️
